I'm a bigger Queen fan, but I think the Stones song is better. Under Pressure is actually the one Queen song that I think is overrated.

Start Me Up. I love Queen 10x more than the Stones. I even like Under Pressure quite a bit. But this one’s a classic among classics.

I guess Stones, but it's with a heavy heart. Well, that's melodramatic: slightly reluctantly, as I don't absolutely love either but acknowledge "Start Me Up" as a classic riff.
