Is anyone still there? Hello? Nothing new is being posted. Hi Alan, Hal here! I want to congratulate you and say thanks for all your hard work and dedication. I remember the old days in Oakland with Les and it seems like a long time ago. I know he's looking down and loving this, wish he were here to see and hear it. A lovely sentiment. Yes, there's no doubt Les Chan and Bob Hanes are happy.

I know I speak for Mark as well when I say we really really really wish we could get a physical release of the 1968 projects out there, AND finally get to a project centered around the 1965 sessions that we didn’t get the opportunity to do back in 2015.
It just happened that those came in years when the label was already committed to other BB projects (Party Unplugged and Uncovered in 2015 and the symphonic album in 2018.) we didn’t get the green light for the 1968 comps until the early fall of 2018, and by that time it was too late to even contemplate a physical release for that year.
Mark put the Party Unplugged package together, and to this day that’s one of my favorite BB releases of all time!

Alan and Mark, I was hoping in the box set notes for more annotation of each track beyond the legal information, like what is the story behind some of revelatory new tracks. Is there a chance you can put those online or in a future issue of ESQ?

What was the most difficult thing to work on for the FF set and why?

Alan and Mark
This is not related to FEEL FLOWS but I recently read that the mono master for ALL SUMMER LONG (the song-on the mono LP master and the safety) was no longer usable. This comes from a source who shall remain nameless. It this true tho?
Don't recall that being the case. It was remastered in 2012 I think, and wouldn't have become unusable since then....

This is just a credit question. It was mentioned David Sandler *primarily* wrote It's Natural. What was Brian's contribution/collaborative role in this creation, if any? Thanks!

Mark, Alan talked a bit about working on the next release that would include the CArl And The PAssions album, and possibly the Carnegie Hall shows. When do you see that being released? 2023? Yes Wouldn't those recordings have to come out by the end of 2022 in order to preserve copyright though?

Hi Mark and Alan, I was wondering why some of the live tracks had studio fly-ins (ex. The whistling on Disney Girls and some of the bygones on Surf’s Up)? Was the original live vocals for those bits not up to standard? I would like to know this as well. Particularly interested in Brian‘s live vocal on back home from the Anaheim show, which is very different from the version that has been floating around for years

Hi Hal!
Yes, many fond memories of hanging with you, going to BB shows at the Concord Pavilion, and all of that fine we spent with Panayiotis and Les… whom I still miss very much.

Dennis Wilson: We will be onstage in wheelchairs.
He could see the future. They will be around forever!

Mark and Alan, was there any particular reason for those 30 second samples to be posted on All Music last November? Copyright protection?

Alan and Mark,
Thanks for the shout out to Bob Hanes. Really made my day. I miss one of my best friends ever. Truly well deserved.

Actually, the most DIFFICULT aspect of the Feel Flows project was keeping up with all of the revisions and tweaks to the text copy and tracklists and notes for all of the different configurations of the project 😝

Can we expect some kind of digital dump at the end of the year? Any leftovers not used on the box?
