I do think there’s hope that OUR TEAM might someday see an official release. We do have the original 2”video master in the vaults (though we haven’t preserved it yet), and the original shoot tapes still exist as well.

The mixes are extraordinary for this set. Soulful Old Man Sunshine sounds like an entirely different take, with no "shunshine." Is it?

Had a question about the Sail on Sailor (Demo). What's Brian's lead vocal like on that '71 demo, if you can tell us? As in, is there falsetto, etc. Otherwise, feel free to ignore. Thanks.

Could we ever see a possible release of the early MIU mixes done in late 1977?
Or at least a remix, the current version is quite dry and could easily be a lot better with just a couple tweaks

As far as the songwriting credits for Dennis’ songs are concerned, yes, I’ve noticed that too in recent years. For this release I consulted directly with the publishing administrators for Dennis Wilson Music and the Dennis Wilson Estate. They provided and authorized the final credits.

Alan, you compared Brian and Carl's production styles in the recent Variety interview, how Carl adapted to a methodical style of recording in the Bellagio home studio. Could you elaborate on that a bit, please? What about Dennis' production style?

The Soulful mix is from the 16 track master we found some years ago. The one on MIC was created by Rick Henn from ruff mixes done when the song was recorded
