Just found this photo, which I had never seen before. More proof that Brian was holding a photo of the Boys, not a mirror. View AttachmentAlso, I've never uploaded any image on here before, so here's hoping it works... Sorry, only just spotted this. I'd regard this as definitive proof that Brian's either holding a framed photo or that the band photo was veeeeery carefully spliced into the photo of Brian and frame.

I would bet it was one of the Capitol Photo guys since it was sent around soon after in this. And yes AGD, I know it says reflected LOL!
Also, at that angle, wouldn't you see the photographer if it were a mirror?
Would you see a photographer if the camera was on a tripod? Surely you'd still see the camera and tripod!

Ed, don't remember seeing that picture of Dennis and Blondie before. You could buy Blondie's shirt at the Beach Boys concerts in '73 and '74, and maybe '75. I think I bought mine in '73 or '74, along with a concert booklet. I suspect swiped it from here - probably one Bob has posted in the past! But, yeah, I could do with one of those shirts too! I love Brian's look in this one: Ed, you posted some really great ones. Some I'd never seen. All on my hard drive now. But now I've gone all through the thread. Won't argue the knee issue. Surprised nobody recognized this one. It is the back cover of John Milward's book, Silver Anniversary. And on page 4, full page, if you want to tear that page out and frame it. Credited to Max Aguilera-Hellwig.
