It changes. At one time it was You Still Believe In Me, then it was Don't Worry Baby. But for a while now it has been All I Wanna Do.

Right now I would say my favorite is either The Night Was So Young or This Whole World.

I have two that are polar opposites, Don't Talk and Funky Pretty. I think that covers both sides of the Brian Wilson songwriting spectrum lol

For me it's The Trader. It's both haunting and uplifting at the same time. Carl's peak as a composer and producer.

Favorite Album: If you can pick only one, you haven't listened enough.

If I had to pick one, it'd be Cabinessence. What a song!

Heroes and Villains. I love how many bits there are out there and find it really fun to piece them together into new mixes

“Let Him Run Wild,”’ for all of its rawness, pain, even mystery. Most likely my favorite Brian vocal too. Running not so far behind is “I Get Around,” which I think gets too little attention as one of the weirdest and most original rock singles of the time.

Surf's Up and Warmth of the Sun are pretty much tied.

I've had a bit of an obsession with Even Steven since the 68 sets were released.

Wouldn’t It Be Nice continues to be my favorite song, especially the stereo mix. A really strong lead vocal from Brian, wonderful background vocals, and who can resist those rocking accordions. It is feel good music at its very finest.

Surf’s Up ‘71.
Those of use who were fortunate enough to hear the vocals-only version on Stephen Desper’s study video before it was taken down were treated to a very special piece of BBs recording history.
I hope the CopEx programme endures and this gets an official release.
