How to insert an image in your message without sending a lin

I use an iMac and Safari but I should imagine this will work generally: 

To upload an image from the internet, right-click on that image and then choose "Open Image in New Window". That will give you an URL, which you then copy. When you're in "Create Post" mode at the forum, click on the third pictogram from the left ("Insert Image"), the one with the frame right of the email pictogram, and paste the URL into the first line. Click on the blue "Insert Image" button and bingo.

To upload stuff from home, first drag the image to your Desktop. Then go to <postimage.org> and follow the instructions. I always click on "Do not resize my image" and choose "640 x 480 (for message boards)". I find this is the best size.
