We all occasionally hear something that's so mind-blowing that we want to shout about it from the rooftops--hence this topic. You think Arcade Fire have shot their bolt in "My Body Is A Cage" but then at 2:10... The entire album is worth investigating: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neon_Bible

Great idea. I call them “Good Vibrations moments” – when I hear a song that just stops me dead in my tracks. Doesn’t happen often and when it does it feels seismic.
Here’s one of the more recent; English folk group Rachel Unthank and the Winterset:
The harmonies just blew my brain apart.

Here’s one of the more recent; English folk group Rachel Unthank and the Winterset: The harmonies just blew my brain apart. There are some amazing chords in there! It reminds me--but in some ways only--of this stunning piece. The entire album is a gas: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Le_Mystère_des_Voix_Bulgares
