Greetings from Michigan. My name is Ted and I have been a Beach Boys fan since 1974. That was the first time my parents took me to see them. My Dad was a big fan of theirs as well. He met them in 1964 out in San Diego, California when he was living out there before he went off to Vietnam. I have been collecting their material ever since 1983. Granted my collection isn't as vast as some of you, but it's still not small. One of my favorite collectibles is 4 pictures that have never been published or printed in any magazine. They were taken by a famous rock and roll photographer who is my best friend. He gave me a copy of them for my 25th birthday, under the agreement that I would never make copies of them and try to sell them. Over the years I have also listened to other groups and artists, but above all the Beach Boys have been number one on my list. I am on several Facebook groups about the group, and it's cool to be able to connect with people from all over this world.
