Belly Up rescheduled to August 3rd, 2021.
So, from now until September 18th, there are precisely two shows that haven't been either cancelled or rescheduled:
August 2 - Pinewood Bowl Theater, Lincoln NE 13 - All Ohio Balloon Fest, Marysville OH
Logistically, and more importantly financially, it makes no sense at all to play these shows. The odds on these gigs actually taking place are very long indeed.

Thanks for the Belly update (pun intended), AGD.
According to the Balloon Fest's FB page, it looks like they're still going forward with the event -- at this time.

Hello Michael! The Beach Boys just announced a new show. The Beach Boys Uptown Theatre Napa @ Napa, CA Tue, Sep 14, 2021 When I saw this in my inbox, my first thought was......Gee, thanks for the heads-up! Then two days later at the Golden State Theatre in Monterey. Surprised there's no Saratoga Mountain Winery concert announced [yet] which has been a staple of their West Coast tour gigs for many many years.

Not strictly speaking a new show: rescheduled from July 8th this year.

Given that about two weeks ago Ohio indefinitely extended its ban on mass gatherings of more than 10 people, it's kinda difficult - impossible, actually - to see how the August 10th Balloon fest show can possibly go ahead.

Yikes!! ☹️
Missouri is actually allowing something that draws large crowds to take place?

Yikes!! ☹️ Missouri is actually allowing something that draws large crowds to take place? And band’s agreed to play what could be a great big infection love-in?

We are living up to our image here in the Midwest. Missouri's Governor is particularly dangerous imo.
One of the three major towns in my county in Kansas let a vote on mandatory mask die without a second while only one of the 5 or 6 members wore a mask to the meeting and on the day of our highest recorded new cases ever. One of the not seconding members has parents in the hospital with Covid. FYI, not debating.
Anyways, I haven't seen any concert plans for the protection of public health but again this just seems like a terrible, even deadly, idea when the Midwest is in the midst of it highest rise in infection.

Actually - outdoors is much safer than indoors since there is now emerging information about ventilation and air conditioning systems being a potential problem. And it depends on how the seating is arranged. Drive-in theaters are making a huge comeback as well as outdoor dining being the first step in re-opening our lives. A BB-less summer - unthinkable. I'm jealous!

I'm guessing there's a clause in the small print that says something like "you're coming here at your own risk: if you get sick, not our problem".

Unbelieveably, another new date from Mike's website:
Aug. 21 -- Cedar Rapids, IA -- McGrath Amphitheatre

Aug. 13 -- Marysville, OH -- All Ohio Balloon Fest Event cancelled
To nobody's surprise here, the Ohio Balloon Festival has apparently been postponed to 2021. Still waiting for confirmation from the event site itself, but at least one local news story (hit a paywall, so can't link) and the Balloon Fest's FB page have mentioned cancellation.
And according to another phantom news story, M&B did play the fair in MO last night.

Is this from a couple of nights ago?
At least there weren't too many fans in attendance...

From a Google search: After months of scrambling to make adjustments, organizers of the All Ohio Balloon Fest have rescheduled this year's event to Aug. 12-14, 2021. Officials said they moved away from holding the event this year fearing the potential impact on the health of the community would outweigh its entertainment value. As for the gig played on the 30th... just wrong, on pretty much every level. Just wrong.

It is outdoors and the band is socially distanced but that audience is not from what little you can see on Facebook.
This was a big mistake.

Agree, Cam -- and it's a huge mistake to hold a fair right now, imo.

Outdoors is a very good way to get re-opened. The season is shortly closing due to weather. It's now or never.
They were spread out on stage. It looked fine.
This must not be accepted as a new normal.
We must not normalize this bizarre way of human interaction and only look at it as a temporary measure to get through this hurricane just the way we temporarily batten-down-the-hatches before a storm. We don't have to be "afraid of the dark" while being prudent and cautious.

But the recent "socially distanced" gigs have been anything but. Expecting Joe Q. Public to be prudent and cautious in the current situation is, frankly, stupid.

Andrew - indoors and outdoors are completely different animals and outdoors does not have a ventilation system which is appearing to be a common element of spread. UV light/related spectra destroy pathogens, so much so, that it is used inside Emergency Room areas to kill tuberculosis. Indoors where the ventilation systems (in schools anyway) only bring in 17% fresh outside air to save money on heating and cooling expenses, not to make it clean. This kind of venue looks like the gap between nothing and living life.
