Was this ever made available on DVD anywhere?
There's a copy to view on Youtube, but I'd like to get a good 'proper' copy of it.
There's a site which allows you to download a copy, but does not say anything about the quality
or the source of the material...
Still, I'd like a genuine copy, anybody know?
