Last night I went through YouTube armed with assorted monthly editions of this post-punk/darkwave/dark synth blog looking for "dark stuff from Ukraine" -- and finding a lot of it. These are Raventale with "Destroying The Seeds Of Karma" from their 2015 album Dark Substance of Dharma.
To quote uploader Transcending Obscurity: "Following the footsteps of Drudkh, Khors and early Nokturnal Mortum, Raventale delivers its own brand of scintillating atmospheric black metal that's at once emotive and intriguing. On its seventh full length album, the band has delved into Indian and Tibetian [sic] philosophies, particularly the phenomenon of the dark goddess Kali. Ivan Marymoro (Hans Helwinden) is a Ukrainian post-punk, gothic rock, darkwave and dark-ambient artist and sound designer based in Kharkov. From his April 2022 digital album Goths Against War, this is "Граф Імперор", which I'm told translates as "count emperor":

Mourning Star is the 13th full-length studio album by Kyiv's Dead Faith, whom uploader gycel86 describes as "Darkwave/Industrial Rock/Alternative Electronics". Released in December 2017, all songs were written, arranged and produced by Dead Faith, who on this album consist of Volodymyr Kuchynsky (vocals, guitar, rhythm section, synths, lyrics, music) and Oleksandr Naumenko (guitar):

Yarn, who like Dead Faith hail from Kyiv, are a mixture of "Neoclassical Darkwave, Ethereal, Folk [and] Shoegaze", according to uploader L'Ombre Fuyante II. "Gorwedd Cerdded", the fifth track on their 1992 self-titled digital album, is Welsh (!) for "walking lie". The line-up for this album as described on their Bandcamp page consists of producer/cover designer/general mastermind DJ DerBastler (bass, rhythm machine, strings), Oleksandr Yurchenko (cimbal [sic], strings), Leonid Beley (accordion, flute, guitar) and Olga Gorynina (voice).

This is a liberally tweaked version of uploader Dimka Volloff's YT blurb:
CITY OF ME was formed in February 2012, when Eduard Tokuyev (guitar, vocals) and Dmitry Kachan (drums) teamed up to record the band's first single "Jealousy". Later that year, they were joined by Regina Zheleznyakova (bass). CITY OF ME debuted as an opening act for London punks The Dissociates in September 2012. After a few gigs, the band went on an extended hiatus that lasted until December 2013. The band returned in January 2014 with new and old songs and a heavier sound. Its debut EP No History (2014) featured a re-recording of "Jealousy" plus three older tracks.
After a string of home gigs, CITY OF ME embarked on a full-fledged Ukrainian tour to promote their follow-up release, a concept EP entitled Fall (2015). Its dreamy 8-minute opener "Sun" and proggy title track (featuring the hardcore band Кат on vocals) took CITY OF ME in a completely different direction. There are four tracks: "Sun", "Light" (at 8:10), "Fall" (at 14:13) and "Done" (at 19:54):

I've been weeding out examples from my list that don't reflect my own tastes (death metal being the prime suspect) and prevaricated in this instance but eventually decided to keep it in. Haling from Lutsk in northwestern Ukraine, Dasein describe their music as " EBM, Synthpop and Darkwave". Elektro Demokratiia was released in 2019 and consists of six tracks: "Kryminal", "Reivist" (starts 2:55), "Radio Svoboda" (6:18), "Volya91" (9:37), "Zakhid" (12:45) and "1986" (15:55): |

These are Техникум (Tekhnikum), a post-punk/darkwave band hailing from Dnipro, performing "Диафильмы" (2020), which their Bandcamp page renders as "Diafilmy" (filmstrips, according to Google Translate):
