To be honest, creating this thread so's I can post this wonderful video. Simply, post-Landy Brian never looked better, or seemed more engaged, alive... normal.

Listened to the CD single only yesterday. Picked it up by chance in a local charity shop a couple of years ago for 50p!

Plenty of good reasons to post that video. Good song as well! By Carole King if I’m not mistaken.

You can't have too many Brian "wooing" falsetto's... I love how as the song progresses, there's more of them popping up and becoming more prominent to the front of the mix.
The engineer/producer on that day was probably going 'Yes Brian, YES BRIAN!, oh Brian! YES!!!!!....Throw in some more BRIAN!'. This is Great! Brian looks great here too, and just about to embark on his own successful solo career.... finally! The stars had aligned.

I think this album is great. I like the single bonus tracks, All This Madness and Pretty Poison as well.

I bought the album, but not the single. "All This Madness" and "Pretty Poison" both sound like indie-psychedelic filtered through late '60s sensibility. I gave them a fresh listen this morning. Glad they're around.
Carole collected enough songs by 2001 to put out her version. It's on her Love Makes the World album. Not as good as The Wilsons take, but judge for yourself:
